if we want to get the seismic monitor planning application, which was approved by LCC (i.e. LCC/2014/0102), overturned we may have to instigate a Judicial Review. We are currently being advised by our legal representatives who believe we may have good grounds to do so. However, should we lose the case we would have to pay court costs but these can be capped at £10,000 (Aarhus).
This is our big focus because funds are low and danger is high so if you do one thing please support this however modestly.
